Don't let its compact size fool you. While it has no moving parts and uses a mere two watts of power the IS-SPX-1000 has an embedded web server, metric collection capability and HDMI/VGA video outputs.

• Flexible Data Integration Inspired XPress supports RSS Feeds for News, Weather, Sports or any other data that can be obtained via a RSS Feed for up-to-the minute information

Inspired XPress is ideal for delivering dynamic information to customers of retailers, hotels, banks, event venues and other public spaces in multiple languages. Content design is fluid, similar to a web page. Inspired XPress allows staff to create templates and content, and publish that content to IS XPress players.

Television Distribution System

AMX announces a new Television Distribution System (TDS) line of products that transmit digital TV content over Ethernet using a multi-cast enabled LAN as opposed to separate dedicated coaxial cables. TDS is an easy-to-implement digital TV solution. AMX DTV Transmitters send a complete MPEG2 transport stream, which can include multiple individual channels of live programming to AMX DTV Receivers located at the TV display. DTV Transmitters and Receivers also send control information over the same Ethernet network for centralized management and control of edge displays. AMX DTV Receivers are available in High-Definition and Standard Definition models.

Vision² Digital TV Gateway

The DTV gateway delivers TV content from our Television Distribution System product line to your Vision2 system. TDS transmitters are paired with the DTV Gateway to convert digital TV signals to the Vision² format. Each DTV Gateway supports up to six transport streams, which can each contain one or multiple channels. It’s ideal for schools and universities that may also want to broadcast to displays and PCs across the campus.
