The Meeting/Scheduling
MeetingManager combines flexible scheduling with powerful equipment configuration capabilities to make room preparation effortless. Check a room’s daily, weekly or monthly availability, reserve your room and schedule your projector to be up and running or music to be playing as your guests arrive.
The Manager/Administration
MeetingManager constantly monitors equipment in your system, and in real time, reports any disturbances in functionality by paging or generating an email to the appropriate member(s) of your support staff. Administrators and technicians may also view system status in real time from any location using a browser-based console.
