RMS IP Link® Interface

This Duet-based software application allows Extron IP Link-enabled classrooms and conference rooms to seamlessly communicate with AMX's MeetingManager™ and AssetManager™ asset management and equipment monitoring software. IP Link is an Extron IP integration technology that allows audio and video devices to be controlled and monitored from a standard web browser.

Bird's Eye View

The RMS IP Link Interface enables comprehensive remote asset management of all the audio/video devices managed by IP Link controllers, using Duet technology and MeetingManager. With the RMS IP Link Interface, true enterprise asset management is now available. Extron IP Link products include a web-based asset management program called GlobalViewer that allows the A/V devices in a room to be accessed and monitored from any computer on the network.

MeetingManager provides institutions with a comprehensive centralized means for managing the scheduling and preparation of a broad range of meeting rooms powered by AMX and Extron systems. In addition, this solution provides asset management functions, such as monitoring and securing room equipment, and reporting on device usage.
