OnSite by AMX™:
Available January 30th!

The wait is almost over for OnSite by AMX™, the new concierge service available from any Modero™ Touch Panel. It will be available in wide release on January 30, but that's not all - AMX dealers will receive recurring revenue in the form of a sales credit on every customer's subscription!

What Is It?

With OnSite by AMX, any home or business with a Modero Touch Panel will have around the clock access to advice and assistance with travel arrangements, vendor research, special occasion gifts, restaurant recommendations and reservations, hard-to-find event tickets, recommending household services, and much more. After the user presses the OnSite icon on the Modero Touch Panel, an experienced, imaginative concierge professional will call him or her at a specified phone number in a matter of minutes.

The Big News

Yes, the rumors are true. Dealerships will earn a recurring revenue stream in the form of a credit posted to their AMX dealer sales account for every active OnSite by AMX account sold. This credit will be calculated quarterly for all active accounts and applied as a single credit.

All it takes is a few minutes to explain the program to the customer and then perform a quick, free NetLinx™ software upgrade to their system. The customer will receive an initial 60-day, no-risk, free trial to try out the service, and if they choose to continue, the dealer begins earning revenue immediately.

The Bottom Line

Dealer Benefits

  • No headaches, no hard sell. Simply explain the benefits of the service and spend a few minutes installing the software. No billing, no customer service, no time-consuming install.
  • Large potential customer base. All your customer needs is an AMX NetLinx™ controlled system with at least one Modero Touch Panel and broadband access. Perfect for residences, meeting rooms, hotels, multi-dwelling units - even mobile applications like jets and yachts.
  • Instant, added system value at no additional cost. Installing OnSite by AMX adds immediate value to the AMX system, yet does not add anything to the installation cost.
  • Increased revenue. Dealers will earn a credit for each OnSite by AMX account, which will be made quarterly by AMX.

End-User Benefits

  • Feature-rich. All-inclusive, full-service concierge service available 365/24/7 from a Modero Touch Panel.
  • Affordably priced. Just $99 per month for your own personal concierge.
  • Unlimited usage. If you need to call 10 times a day for help, go for it! Use it as much as you want.
  • 60-Day No-Risk, Free Trial. Customers can try it out for their first two months absolutely free. If they like it, there's no need to cancel. Their account will automatically begin billing on their 61st day.
  • No commitment. No contract. No strings attached. The customer may cancel service at any time with no worries about someone calling to "earn back their business."
  • No bills to worry about. An OnSite by AMX account requires a Credit/Debit card for setup, which is automatically charged each month.
  • Anywhere access. If away from the touch panel, OnSite by AMX can always be accessed via a toll-free number or by visiting the OnSite by AMX Web site - onsite.amx.com. The customer will provide his or her subscriber ID and will be assisted immediately via phone or email.
