Enhanced AMX Amenities Solution

At the recent NSCA Expo, AMX and Simplikate Systems, the nation's leading provider of high-end residential building software, announced a partnership to enhance the AMX Amenities Solution with Simplikate’s techcierge™ solution for more efficient property management of multi-dwelling units (MDUs).

Developers and property owners will soon have the ability to decrease operational costs and more easily differentiate their buildings; property managers will be able to manage buildings more efficiently; and homeowners will be able to access and request on-site amenities and local community services.

By adding Simplikate’s techcierge to the AMX Amenities Solution, building staff will be able to access property amenities, security, and management functions via one interface, enabling them to more efficiently respond to resident requests. Using any AMX Modero® Touch Panel or PC with a secure Internet connection, authorized staff will be able to use techcierge to access official owner logs, track visitors, manage package delivery, monitor building access and organize common areas.
