Meet Harold Hickey
AMX Vice President of Operations

We are proud to introduce Harold Hickey, the new AMX vice president of operations. Hickey has held several senior-level positions and brings a wealth of domestic and international experience in business operations, profit and loss management, customer service, sales, and marketing to AMX.

As VP of Operations, Hickey’s varied responsibilities include managing manufacturing, distribution, worldwide customer support and the company’s inventory to ensure its product supply effectively meets customer demand. Hickey reports directly to AMX president and CEO Rashid Skaf and is also a member of the company’s executive management team.

Prior to joining AMX, Hickey was vice president of North American service and operations for Samsung Telecommunications America, where he was responsible for the company’s distribution and logistics, customs compliance, manufacturing engineering and reverse logistics operations.

Hickey also previously worked for Motorola, where he held a variety of operations, sales and marketing positions, including director of North America business operations for the company’s $1.2 billion Personal Communications Sector (PCS) retail division.
