Lake Tahoe Developer Integrating
AMX Technology Into "Smart Homes"

The developer of the newest community of luxury residences in Incline Village on Lake Tahoe, Nev. is doing something no other company in the state has ever done – offering an integrated control system as a standard feature of every new single-family home.

Fully Integrated

Scott Properties Development Company and Incline Creek LLC, have selected products from AMX for their Incline Creek Estates community. Using one of two AMX 10 inch Modero® Touch Panels and an AMX NetLinx® Integrated Controller, every homeowner will be able to manage and automate their audio/video equipment, interior and exterior lighting, heating, security systems, and more from one central location.

"It Is High Tech, But Anyone Can Use It"
“I am very impressed with the AMX system in my home,” said Allan Mueller, Incline Creek Estates homeowner. “One thing that is really nice about it is that it's so user friendly. It is high tech, but anyone can use it. It’s so convenient to have the lighting, heating and other systems controlled from one location. I am very happy with it – it’s great!”

Scott Properties selected AMX dealer Domus Technologies for the project. Mark Fielder, president of Domus Technologies commented, “We designed a best-of-the-best whole house solution and each homeowner has a choice of entertainment packages that integrate seamlessly into the AMX system."
