New AMX Board Member Combines

Extensive Technology Experience and Distinguished Military Career

 

AMX is proud to welcome retired Lt. Gen. John “Jack” Woodmansee, Jr. as the newest member of the AMX Board of Directors. Mr. Woodmansee is a distinguished 33-year veteran of the U.S. Army whose expertise will help strengthen and guide AMX’s strategic initiatives in the government market.

Mr. Woodmansee is the current president and CEO of Tactical and Rescue Gear, Ltd. (TRG), which manufacturers and sells a wide variety of products and equipment to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and local law enforcement.

Prior to joining TRG, Mr. Woodmansee worked for Perot Systems Corporation, where he was responsible for building its corporate infrastructure, which included finance, legal, communications, human resources, training and development, recruiting support and internal information.

Combining our technology prowess and successful track record with Jack’s highly valuable insight and experience will undoubtedly take AMX to new heights, both in the government sector and beyond,” said Rashid Skaf, AMX president and CEO.
