  • System Monitoring and Proactive Maintenance RMS constantly monitors equipment in your system and in real-time, reports any disturbances in functionality by paging or generating an email or text message. System status may also be viewed over the Internet using the Web console.
  • Room, Activity and Task Scheduling
    RMS combines scheduling and equipment configuration capabilities to make scheduling a snap. Appointments, meetings and tasks can be scheduled directly in RMS and viewed at a glance using the interactive calendar.
  • Asset Security
    Keep all of your technologies and equipment secure by receiving instant alerts when equipment is unplugged or removed. Additionally, feel secure knowing that the administrative functions are protected from unauthorized users.
  • Customized User Interface
    Customize the look and feel of the user console to meet individual needs and preferences; select which controls are viewed – such as the daily schedule, device usage, system status and more.
