The new AMX Virtual Keypad provides a simple web-based user interface to control, automate and manage devices integrated into NetLinx Control Systems. The Virtual Keypad is an ideal solution for applications that:

• Do not have a touch panel or keypad
• Require remote access to the NetLinx system, or
• Have simple control requirements

Simple to Implement – Easy to Integrate
Virtual Keypad is simple to implement using standard NetLinx commands to label buttons, receive button push/release and manage feedback for buttons and text display. Neither special software nor a touch panel is required. To make things even simpler, it uses a web-based virtual keypad accessible from the NetLinx Master’s web server.

  • Ideal where simple and/or remote access is required to control, manage and receive status on room devices
  • Includes 12 available buttons with a text display area
  • Is native on the NetLinx master – all integrator has to do is name/configure the 12 available buttons
  • Easy to implement using standard NetLinx commands (sample NetLinx code is available
  • Unicode font is used to support international languages
  • Does not require a specific Java Virtual Machine (JVM)
