Fredrik Barno

We welcome Fredrik Barno, now overseeing the sales and product distribution network in Sweden, 
Denmark, Norway and Finland and based in Gothenburg, Sweden. “With Fredrik managing our operations in Scandinavia, AMX will be able to provide an even higher level of support to partners, dealers and installers in this region, and gain better insights into the needs of this growing market,” said Timothy Penn, managing director, AMX Europe.
Guillaume Le Royer
France, Belgium and North Africa
We also welcome Guillaume Le Royer who is now 
overseeing business operations, sales, technical support and training in France, Belgium and North Africa. “Guillaume has the right mix of sales and AV industry experience combined with a deep knowledge of the region to lead operations in one of our fastest growing markets,” said Timothy Penn, managing director, AMX Europe.
Prestigious London Showroom and Office Now Open
AMX' 7th new office and 3rd showroom to be completed in 
2008 alone is now open. The prestigious 6,000 square foot showroom, located in the centre of London houses a state-of-the-art product showroom, a fully-equipped board room, and a full-time training centre.

Inspired Signage Wins AV Interactive's
Consumer Installation of the Year Award
AMX was recently honored to accept AV Interactive's Consumer Installation of the Year Award 2008 for Most Innovative Installation at Lord’s cricket ground. This installation featured AMX Control, Digital Signage and Switching components working together in an integrated solution.

100% Detail Show
Receives Phenomenal Turnout
This year was another phenomenal turnout for AMX at the 100% Detail Show in London. At the show, we featured two fully working demonstrations of systems for residential and commercial installations.

The residential installation allowed visitors the opportunity to “test drive” the latest VoIP equipped Modero Touch Panels and SIP Communications Gateways.

The commercial installation demonstrated a fully working boardroom featuring a plasma display, lighting, a video conferencing system and multi-room audio. Additionally we demonstrated the Metreau Entry Communication System to much interest and attention.
