New in This Release:

• During power down the keypad could enter a brown out state which caused erratic behavior. This could cause the keypad to become non-functional and non-recoverable. A trap has been placed to catch this eventuality.
• Bug fixed in the AXLink communications in which if there were multiple keypads on the bus trying to communicate to a master at the same time, both keypads would become locked and require a power cycle to recover.

• Added reset of audio codec on playback to reduce audio lockups.
• Fixed 1920x1200 input charge pump setting which caused image instability.
• Reduced Chroma crawl on composite video on TPI-PRO-DVI.
• Fixed 720p black level problem on TPI-PRO.
• Removed extra diagnostic messages in default USB touch handler.
• Added support for ^MPS and ^KPS commands. These cannot be used when ^PPS is in effect. ^PPS take priority. ^PPS-0 will cause termination of ^MPS and/or ^KPS pass through.
• Changed startup of G4 Web Control^® server to reduce lockups if a VNC client tries to connect when unit is starting up.
• Improved repeat key processing on local and remote keyboards.
• Fixed problem where using Keyboard Ctrl-Alt key sequences to exit ^PPS pass through would leave Ctrl and/or Alt keys pressed to PC when pass through is exited.
• Added file system check on startup.
• Added check for localhost and localhost.localdomain hostnames to not report them to DHCP server.
• Fixed problem where element alpha blending could have math rounding error causing draw color to be wrong.
• Fixed connection with remote TakeNote/Web Control^® clients that could cause reboots.
• Improved stability of 1080i50 YPrPb detection.
• Improved stability of 1080p60 YPrPb detection.
• Added support for 1080p25 and 1080p30 YPrPb.
• Added Zytronics touch driver.

New SEND_COMMANDS:

• '^TNC': Clear all TakeNote annotations.
• '^TNF': Clear and flush all TakeNote annotations.
• '^TNH-PageName': Hide the TakeNote icon on the specified page. If page not specified, then current page is selected.
• '^TNS-PageName': Show TakeNote icon on the specified page. If page not specified, then current page is selected.
• 'TAKENOTE-ENABLE': Activate TakeNote. (Same as pressing TakeNote icon when TakeNote is disabled)
• 'TAKENOTE-DISABLE': Disable TakeNote. (Same as pressing TakeNote icon when TakeNote is enabled)
• 'TAKENOTESERVER-ENABLE': Enable the TakeNote Server. (Same as pressing the TakeNote Server enable button on the TakeNote Protected Setup page when the Server is disabled)
• 'TAKENOTESERVER-DISABLE': Disable the TakeNote Server. (Same as pressing the TakeNote Server enable button on the TakeNote Protected Setup page when the server is enabled)

Known Issues:

• Do not download the driver kit from an earlier version than v2.5.9. Earlier version driver kit files may cause the unit to not function.
• 848x480@60 RGBHV is auto detected as 640x480@60 on TPI-PRO. Manual selection of that resolution is required on TPI-PRO.
• USB Keyboards with integrated USB hubs may not function in ^PPS pass through and may interfere with USB Touch Driver auto-detection.
• TakeNote session names that contain spaces will cause screen saves to not be saved.
• The TakeNote web page will not display thumbnails correctly if only one image is saved.
• TakeNote Confirm client connections should not be enabled. A restart will occur if a connection is attempted with this enabled.
• Master Volume mute is not functional.
• Dragging a popup that contains a video button to the edge causes the video to be disabled. Video will not be restored until the popup is closed and re-opened.
• TakeNote does not allow for word wrapping in Text mode.
• TakeNote Text will not show up on a display that has had G4 graphics disabled using the ^TPO command.
