New 1-Year Extension of Advanced Exchange

New 5-Year and 2-Year Extended Product Warranties

AMX Customer Service is proud to offer our U.S. domestic channel partners two new Warranty extension programs to our Advanced Exchange and Standard 3-Year and 1-Year Product Warranties. These new optional programs extend the Warranty privileges as offered and defined in AMX's Domestic Channel Partner Llimited Warranty, Disclaimer and License Policy.

Option 1:
1-Year Extended Advanced Exchange (FG-SF-2012-02)
The new Extended Advanced Exchange program effectively extends the 'no fee' terms of AMX's Advanced Replacement Policy to a full year from product ship date. This new program is offered to our domestic channel partners at a cost of 5% of product MSRP at time of purchase.

Option 2:
5-Year and 2-Year Extended Warranties (FG-SF-2012-03)
The new 5-Year and 2-Year Extended Warranty program will extend the Warranty privileges offered and defined in AMX's Domestic Channel Partner Limited Warranty, Disclaimer and License Policy terms and conditions for up to 5 years from ship date on specific products that carry a standard 3-year product warranty or up to 2 years from ship date for specific products or components that carry a 1-year product warranty. This new program is offered to our domestic channel partners at a cost of 7% of product MSRP on all qualified AMX products at the time of purchase.

Qualifications
These programs require a quote from AMX to certify cost and product authorization and registration. To qualify for either option, the Extended Advanced Exchange FG or Extended Warranty FG must be associated to a specific product serial number. Additionally, all products utilizing either of these FG numbers require an authorized AMX RMA through AMX Technical Support.

Special 30 Day Q4 Retro Offer for Q4 2011 Purchases
Due to the excitement of these new programs, AMX is offering both programs for all eligible products purchased and shipped between October 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011. This Q4 retro offer is valid from January 16, 2012 through February 14, 2012 and requires a quote from AMX to certify product eligibility.
