It’s All Completely Automatic
When adding or replacing a third-party device that supports Device Discovery, the AMX NetLinx Master recognizes the device and automatically loads and installs the appropriate module. This module can either be located from the device itself, from a library on the Master or from the AMX Web site.

Intelligent Device Swapping
Device Discovery allows for device swapping so that programming changes are not required when devices are replaced.

A WolfVision Visualizer is a special live-camera system designed for picking up any object on and outside of the working surface with perfect illumination and depth of focus. With the Device Discovery-compatible WolfVision module, users of AMX control systems are able to control all kinds of WolfVision Visualizers quite easily and have access to even more functions as already provided by the IR remote control from the Visualizer.
