REAR PANEL COMPONENTS

• Power Switch: Turns power on/off.
  Note: This is a "soft switch": flipping the switch while the Player is running issues a shutdown request.
• Power connector: IEC connector for AC power cable (included)
  Note: Connect only to AC power supplied according to appropriate national requirements. Contact your AC power Provider for National Requirements. Note: Isolate IT Power System Connection.
• USB Ports: 6 Type-B USB Ports for connecting USB mouse and keyboard.
  Note: The Player is designed to be used without a keyboard and mouse; they are not required for normal operation.
• Ethernet Port: RJ-45 Ethernet port provides Gigabit Ethernet communication between the Player and the Controller PC (which runs the Inspired Composer application).
  Connect the Ethernet port to the LAN
• Audio Out: Provides stereo audio output to the display, via a mini-stereo-to-RCA cable (not included).
  Note: The Audio in (blue) and Microphone (red) connectors are not used.

  Note: There are 2 DVI video outputs provided, but typically only one is used. Either DVI output port can be used to deliver video to the display.

SOFTWARE ENHANCED TO IMPROVE THE USER EXERIENCE

The software on this signage player contains several enhanced features designed to make it easy for a user to create and edit messages that contain text, images, video and news feeds from various sources. In order to use content created for older IS-200 players (FG numbers FG3100-06, FG3100-07, FG3100-08, and FG3100-09), users will need to follow the instructions provided in the Using IS-2-GO Content on an IS-XPert System documentation on the included companion CD. Some content may require additional modification and any Flexdata content will need to be replaced with the new Feedreel system.

Player part numbers FG3100-08 and FG3100-09 are still available to order if users would like to maintain their existing content on the same platform.

Please note that content created for this player will not be compatible with previous versions of the player. Please contact your dealer for details on how to upgrade any older players to the latest software version.
