Enzo can display documents and content that is located in cloud storage, on a USB or on the internet.

The built in web browser allows users to search the web for information to share in a meeting. Simply open the browser and navigate to your selected websites. Multiple tabs within the browser allow you to view numerous websites easily.

Enzo has a dedicated Applications button which makes it easy to find your most commonly used web based apps by simply creating a shortcut. Apps can be launched directly from here into a full screen window to maximize application viewing.

For over 30 years, AMX has been automating conference room technology to simplify its operation. Adding an optional AMX NetLinx® Controller to an Enzo installation will enable capabilities such as adjusting the audio volume or room lights using the Enzo Virtual Keypad interface. Enzo Virtual Keypad on the display and a mouse become the method for a presenter to control AV in a room.

One of the most commonly asked questions in a meeting is "Can I get a copy of your presentation?" With Enzo, sharing documents is easy. You can email directly from Enzo without logging into your email service, or you can generate a QR code that attendees can scan to access your documents in Dropbox®. A short URL is also generated for those without a QR code reader or who are attending the meeting remotely.

FILES AND DATA PURGE AT THE END OF EACH SESSION.

Many people don't think about the risk of downloading a document to a PC - we do it all the time. But if you download a document to share in a meeting, it may be saved to that room PC for anyone to discover anytime after you've left the room. Enzo removes this risk by purging all downloaded documents and cached files when you exit an Enzo session.
