The Resource Management Suite (RMS) is an innovative meeting room management, scheduling and equipment monitoring software package. For end users, RMS provides access to support staff through an interactive help desk interface, ensuring that meetings, classes and other events take place without a hitch. Integrators benefit from RMS by providing remote support to system administrators.
3 Scheduling Interfaces Added: Now 7 In All
3 commonly used scheduling system interfaces have just been added, which include People Cube's Resource Scheduler, Dean Evans & Associates' EMS and CollegeNet's R25. These are in addition to the 4 existing scheduling interfaces (MS Exchange/Outlook, Lotus Domino, Novell GroupWise and Planon Integrated Workspace Management), These new modules allow RMS to easily share information with the most commonly used scheduling systems, highlighting our commitment to industry partnerships and open systems.
Simplified Room Scheduling from MS Outlook:
Scheduling a room and configuring the room's equipment from MS Outlook is now a single step process. This can be done by loading software once on a server rather than loading a special client on each user's PC – as most competitors require.
The All-In-One Package for Powerful Room Scheduling and System Management
This solution combines RMS software and Modero Touch Panels into a single package to give users the ability to utilize the powerful new room scheduling features of RMS 3.3 as well as classic system management features.
Users need only choose which RMS Room Kit best meets their needs: asset management and scheduling or scheduling only, how many rooms need licensing and which version of RMS (MeetingManager, ClassroomManager, etc.) best supports the application.
