webpage address "http://<IP>/fwup.html" and upload the correct .bin file for the model.

1. Prerequisites

A new file format, .svsiupdate, is being deployed. As a result, the minimum version of N-Able is 5.1.6.

2. Known Issues

- When updating units with N-Able may display a date mismatch. Resend the firmware again or update the firmware
using the Web firmware from the Web folder and the link <device_ip>\fwup.html to upload the .bin file.
