Added HTTPS functionality to the web interface
Mute state for all input/output channels are saved when using "save settings", "export settings" or rebooting

Mute is disabled by default
Fixes issue with USB audio control commands that for instance caused USB out to be muted on MAC/OS X
Mute group settings are saved and persist after reboot
Fixes issue with device sometimes freezing on startup
