• Fix a decoder lockup issue that occurs when the decoder cannot connect to the encoder via TCP connection

Known Issues:

• Pops on decoder analog audio out on stream change
• If you start the encoder after the decoder, KVM doesn't connect, it requires stopping and restarting the decoder KVM
