RMS-SCH-LN / RMS Enterprise Scheduling Interface untuk Lotus Notes Domino adalah Interface untuk RMS Enterprise yang memungkinkan pelanggan menggunakan RMS Enterprise Scheduling untuk menemukan dan memesan ruangan langsung dari PC mereka, atau dari panel sentuh. RMS-SCH-LN menggunakan layanan web Lotus Notes API untuk berkomunikasi dengan Google Apps for Business.

RMS-SCH-LN menyediakan akses ke berbagai sumber daya Lotus Notes. Variasi opsi koneksi ini menyediakan solusi yang kuat dan fleksibel untuk menghubungkan ruangan aplikasi RMS ke kalender Notes. Untuk membaca informasi jadwal dari Lotus Notes, Interface Lotus Notes Domino terhubung ke server Notes, masuk ke kotak surat, dan mengakses kotak surat atau sumber daya ruangan yang berisi informasi jadwal. Plugin ini menyediakan fitur manajemen janji temu aplikasi RMS untuk menyinkronkan jadwal ruangan RMS dengan server Domino.

Simple Room Booking – Search for and book rooms from Lotus Notes just like you would invite meeting participants.
Avoid Late Meeting Starts – Create event macros to run at the beginning and end of scheduled appointments to set up the meeting technology prior to the beginning of meetings and shut it down at the end to save energy.
Book Rooms from Touch Panels – Display the daily room schedule and reserve meeting rooms directly from a touch panel. The room booking will be automatically saved to the Exchange server.
