RMS-SCH-EWS / RMS Enterprise Scheduling Interface for Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS) is an Interface for RMS Enterprise that enables customers using RMS Enterprise Scheduling to locate and book rooms directly from their PCs, or from touch panels. RMS-SCH-EWS utilizes Microsoft's Exchange Web Services API to communicate with Exchange and Office 365 Servers.

RMS-SCH-EWS now supports Modern Authentiation for Office 365 using the Microsoft Graph API.

RMS-SCH-EWS is for any customer using Microsoft Exchange who wants to integrate their Exchange calendars with their conference rooms or classrooms to enable employees or students to locate and book available meeting spaces.

Simple Room Booking – Search for and book rooms from Outlook / Exchange just like you would invite meeting participants.
Avoid Late Meeting Starts – Create event macros to run at the beginning and end of scheduled appointments to set up the meeting technology prior to the beginning of meetings and shut it down at the end to save energy.
Book Rooms from Touch Panels – Display the daily room schedule and reserve meeting rooms directly from a touch panel. The room booking will be automatically saved to the Exchange server.
