The unit must be on firmware version Rev. E to update to Rev. F
N-Command:
In the Help Menu >> About-Help under Version Information. If the Revision field listed is something other than "E", you must upgrade using the "Joint OS Upgrade" file first.
If the unit does not have a revision field, Rev E OS Updater must be applied before updating to Rev F.
N-Able PC:
Minimum version of N-Able must be 5.1.6,
